How to turn this item on/off:

1. Press the button, it will make a “beeping” sound, meaning it is on

2. When activated, if you do not link it to your phone, it will automatically turn off after about 3 minutes. You can press it twice in quick succession, and it will make a “beep” sound, meaning it is still on.

3. Press it three times quickly, then press and hold it, and it will beep twice. This means it is turned off.
